Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - Hey Guys.
Toady I had decited to go on a diet and work out to loose weight. But Im kinda confused with where to start. Does anybody have any dieting or workout tips?

the internet is a good way to find outa lot of stuff...also, work out 45-60 minutes a day, mostlycardio,like, 30 minutes, and 15-30 of muscle routines. like, crunches, weights, squats, stuff like that.and, don't eat any sugar, and try to stay away from bread, if u can

hey u should start by setting a goal and then after that set wut fruits and vegies u like most and eat that and not junk food and no soft drinks and lots of water good luck byebyez
