Ht. 5'8", Wt. 188 - hi ,i originally was 145 and very fit, but I gained a lot of weight over the summer and i got up to 198 before and i started to lose some and got down to 160 , but i gained a lot back and now im 188 , how can i lose this weight like moderatly fast but without like one of those crazy diets?

Just eat right and exercise...your weight probably goes up and down because sometimes you eat junk food and the other minute you're cutting down and then you're eating junk again....try not eating junk food at all (if you do) and don't go on and off...stick to one thing to keep your weight stable.

How'd you get down to 160 after you weighed 198?

1200 - 1500 calorie diet. Drink lots of water. At least one hour of excericse daily. That should take the weight off.
