Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - Hey does anybody know if doing 60 minutes of yoga every or everyother night will help me lose weight cuz its not like terribly hard but its a little chalanging cuz of the balancing part?....thanks for your help and info cya....and good luck with your weight loss and such

Yoga is very good for youu, yes it's hard but also fun and relaxing. 60 minutes sounds great.

it makes you look leaner. i dont think yoga alone will make you loose weight but combined with cardio and a healthy diet you would loose weight. yoga is good for toning exercises and it keeps you flexible. i think its nice to be able to touch your toes!
