Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - hey if i were to start running would it burn fat and get muscle instead of just adding muscle under fat cuz i deffinetly dont want that lol.....thanks for replies in advance

Yes, running would help you lose fat and gain muscle instead of just gaining muscle and keeping the fat. Any cardiovascular activities (such as running, swimming, riding a bicycle, etc.) will help you burn the fat instead of just gaining more muscle.
