Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - Sup all?I really want to close to 40 lbs by Spring.I'm willing to do whatever it takes, but I don't have a lot of time with High School.I've heard that drinking water speeds up your metabolism, so I'm decided to drink 8-10 8 oz glasses a day.I also increase the number of pushups and situps I do everyday by 50 every 2 weeks.I also lift weights.I know that won't really help me lose weight, or I think.I'm not even close to knowing anything about this stuff.Is there any other excerises that I can do to speed up the weight loss?I know cardio where like you walk and run are good, but I don't know how much or how long is good.Please help me.I'm motivated which is always the first thing you need to have.You can reply, or you can email me at brandon_wyer@hotmail.com , which is reccomended.I don't look at this site much, but I do check my email daily.

Weight lifting will kinda help you lose weight. It will help you gain muscle, and the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, on daily basis. Yeah, you deffinately need to do some cardio. I would suggest doing atleast 30 minutes 3-6 times a week (the more the better, but make sure you have at least one rest day, so your muscles can heal). If you don't have time, is it possible to get up a bit earlier in the morning? I don't know what time you already get up, so it might not be possible. I make sure i get up around 5:30 when school is in season, to give me plenty of time to do my exercising. Good luck, and good job on being so motivated.

you should try to do 50 evry other day to keep a rythim dont eat junk food when you feel hungry grab an apple or vegetable or fruits it will help you

hi well ur doing everything right i say just stop eating junk food and eat healthier food and drink lots of water and keep working out and ur set ur doing so good already u really dont need me to tell u want to do but walking a lot might help to well their u go byebeyz
