Ht. 5'5.5'', Wt. 152 - I need help. Since football has started I've tried to eat a lot because I need to keep my energy up. (If I don't eat at all, or enough, I will pass out [bad experience last year]) Anyway, I've put on about 5 pounds over the last month. I thought it was muscle at first, because I do look the same, but my jeans have been getting slightly tighter. How can I eat enough so I don't pass-out, but still loose weight? I want to loose at least 5 pounds over the next few weeks.

muscle weights more than fat so mybe you gaighen muscle

well fruit is the best form of energy because it releases the energy slower and more effectively.If you have fatty foods for energy you will have an energy rush then suddenly feel drained

Make sure you eat lots of carbs and protein. You really don't need to eat that much more than usual. I found out from soccer, when you eat too much, you feel really bad, and end up doing really bad. Just make good choices on the food you do eat.

i think we all know how. takeout any food throughout the day that u eat when ur not hungry. second. start replacing some "bad" food with healthier choices. third. cut portions a bit. and ull loose weight. good luck.
