Ht. 5.5, Wt. 147 - Can someone tell me if this is healthly, or not, or if it has too much cals this is just waht i ate. Breakfast-1 little dish of fat free yogort has 60 cals. Lunch- a ham sandwhich on whloe bread with lettace and pepper and no butter,1 pack real fruit gummies 90 cal a pack, granola bar, yogort 60 cals snack-3 pieces of toast with cheese whiz,2 granola bars, banana with a package thing of yougort 60 cals don't eat after 7:00pm and haven't had supper yet. So can you tell me if that is healthly or not os way to much cals.

yeah brookes right if u wanna spee dup weight loss . but exactly what u ate, for ur height and stuff.. should be healthy. u might loose weight but slowly, definately wont gain. goodluck

i think you might have been better off without the gummies and the toast. bread and cheese is very fattening, though you really wouldnt think it is. and the gummies i guess were fine. what did you drink? because u dont want to waste calories on drinks when you could just be drinking water or something else that is 0 or few cals.
