Ht. 6'1, Wt. 276.5 - Me again. Well, since Tuesday of last week, I have been doing at least 1 hour of cardio a night. What I'll do is tape my shows during the day and watch it on the TV in front of our ellpytical (sp?) I do at least 1 hour, as mentioned above, and burn close to 900 calories. However, I am so let down because I don't see any changes happening yet! I think I'll increase workout time to 1 hour and 30 minutes. How long does it take for changes to my body to start happening? I was all upset before because I gained so much weight during first year of university and I even was gaining after I finished school. I figured that I might as well start doing something about this weight problem instead of just moping around about it. All replies are appriciaited! :)

Changes in your body don't happen over the course of a week. I'm sure in a couple of weeks you'll start to see yourself getting thinner (in the face most likely), and various parts of your body (belly, thighs) will become less flabby. Results are never immediate. Don't get discouraged! Good luck!
