Ht. 5'8, Wt. 185 - Hi everyone, Will you give me advice and tell me if my diet is working? I started a diet about 4 months ago now and I lost 45 pounds in the first 3 months. I used to weigh 225 pounds but my current weight is about 185. I'm eating fruit for breakfast and I skip lunch most of the time. For dinner I eat a salad or sometimes chicken. I lost about 6 sizes and I now wear a 15 in juniors. My friends and family say I look great and im skinny but why do I still feel fat? Each night I also do about 150 sit ups before I go to bed but I'm still not satisfied. Should I keep up this diet or make a better one?

your doing great. u lost alot of weight, u can still loose more. if ur getting tired of the diet or w/e or the close ru get to ur final goal.. realax a bit more. ur diet might help u rapidly loose weight but u can still eat moret han u are righ tnow, and loose weihght. just not as fast. soo... add lunch again, stay away from junk. and wokrout as much as u can without being harmful to urself! good luck and amazing job! i wish i could do that

Depends wether ur still losing weight - if so don't change it. Sounds pretty good actually. Also, feeling fat is probs. to do with you not being used to your new body, and being unsatisfied is part of the human condition! Good luck, tho
