hey i am the same as u but i drink 8 bottles of water a day and it help my exercise program is that i do 50 legs lifts for each leg while laying on the floor then i do 20 arm lifets still laying on the ground then i switch to 50 sit ups thwn 30 high kicks also i go back and do 50 more sit ups then 20 arm circles small ones 4 each arm then i go to large ones the same way and i keep a food journal and workout journal every week my mom checks them and tells me if i am doing good or bad if u need ne more help email me at ilovesummer189@aol.com also drink alot of water if u dont like the taste of regualar water drink fruit 2 o or dasani falvored water

Eat less, excercise more, drink lots of water, no junk, lots of healthy foods.
