Wow. Track season already? It's not till the spring where I live. I think it really depends on which event you do. If it is distance, or sprinting deffinately, but throwing, or jumping, or volting, not so much. It will help though, just not as much.

It probably should,because your running a lot.Just make sure not to eat to much junk food in between classes.
