Ht. 5' 5'', Wt. 180 - im a person who is trying to lose weight like all of u ppl. can someone give some advice on how am i suppose to lose at least 50 pounds in like a few months? i mean im not desperate and i dont have any problems at school, but whenever i look in the mirror im not happy in wat i see. plz i need help.

your so lucky i am 4' 11" and i weigh 345 pounds with a 65 inch waist. I need to loose 230 pounds to be at a healthy weight range. I bet u look great but if u want to loose weight eat 3 portioned meals with 1 healthy snack and exercise and do cardio for at least and hour everyday and u'll be doin good in no time. I have been doin this for 3 weeks and i have lost 20 pounds. I used to be 365. Well if a fat a** like me can do it so can someone as skinny as you. Good luck and my best wishes

set smaller goals ull be happy when u reach them. like get excited about weighing 170, then when u get tehre ull be proud, then keep doin that till u get to where u want. otherwise ull get discouraged by "how far off" u are from ur final goal/

just make an excersize plan that is challenging and always changing some way ...icant really help youwith the diet im still working on that myself
