Ht. .., Wt. .. - ok, i have a question...im not saying u guys are doctors so bare with me. Well, i'v elost about 20 pounds whil eon my diet of 6 months. but all i did was eat 1200 calories a day and eat basically anything i wanted on sundays! BUT i was wondering about the exersice aspect of it , lik ei havent exersiced at all to loss weight. I really hate exercising cause I feel like Im gonna die,...like its that hard. but i think it might help me loss weight faster. Is there anything that u guys use that u guarentee will help me...(like something that halped u)...and also, how much does exersice help? 2 questions in 1 i guess, lol..thanx..oh plz comment bak

I used to weigh 220-230 pounds. I got this diet from my trainer where you loose up to 14 pounds in about two weeks. I did it for two weeks with NO exercise and lost 14 pounds. Then, i did it again with exercise every other day and lost 20 pounds.

Exercizing will help a lot if you do it regularly while still eating the way you have been for six months. For one, it should build up your muscles which help you to burn more calories per day than you would if you didn't. Also, if you brought the amount of calories you ate a day down drastically your body may be eating away at any muscle you may have already had. It's good that you have gotten dieting to become a habit for you because it should make adding exercize into your daily routine less stressful.
