Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - hey i was wondering if u think this is healthy to eat:
breakfast- 1/2 piece of wheat bread with creamy peanut butter spread w/ grapefruit juice
lunch- piece of cheese (80 cals)
dinner- salad with vinigarette dressing
snack- 1 apple and sobe green tea
is that good or what should i do?

this is on my good diet days. br- bowl of raisin bran and orange juice. lunch-scrambled eggs (2) fruit and yogurt. dinner-whatever the familys having, a small portion and take mostly veggies. i usually dont have snacks if i do its like fruit. :). on bad days (today) i eat bad food. damnnn. goodluck! lol

you should be eating quite a bit more than that...dont u get hungry?? a piece of cheese and half a piece of toast?! i would be starving...lol.

No that is not enough calories. A piece of cheese for lunch is not enough.
