Ht. 5'5", Wt. 139 - Hey, this is the beginning of the 6th day of my diet/exercise plan and I already lost 6 pounds! It is not water weight and I AM losing it healthily!

wow. good job. dry salad sounds kinda icky though. lol. and ill have to beg my mum to keep fresh fruit in stock. we only have like apples and pears.

My weight is actually 137 now, not 139. I forgot to change it.

well you can put a little bit of dressing on if you want. I think they have a special low carb kind that is low in calories. Just try to pick a low calorie dressing and don't use too much.

I am 5'5" and 137. Well I am partially on the negative calorie diet. An example of what i eat in one day is: Breakfast~big wedge of canteloupe-negative calories. Lunch~ dry salad with spinich leaves, cucumbers,radishes, banana peppers, tomatoes, carrots, etc -negative calories. Dinner~ Salmon and green beans-negative calories. Dessert- Sugarless Jello-10 calories. No pop, a max of 4 0z (60 cal) of juice. I drink all water and tea or fruit2o. Snack- grapes. Snack- yogurt-120 calories. Snack- 2-3 bowls chicken broth-20-30 calories. nighttime snack- Rice pudding-130 calories. Nighttime snack- grapes. now this is just one day of what i eat,i sometimes eat lean chicken or turkey instead of fish. I eat a variety but with similar calories. I eat alot but it is all low calorie or negative calories. I do eat alot and am never hungry, but it is all so low calorie or negative calories that I can eat alot and lose weight. I also exercise at least an hour per day. I run in place, jump rope, hoola hoop, take walks and bike rides, use the total gym, do crunches,etc. My rule is exercise at least 1 hour, but i have exercised up to 5 hours non-stop. So this diet and a little bit of exercise can go a very long way.
