Ht. 5ft4, Wt. big - ok school starts for me in 5 days. i want to be skinny soi dont get made fun of this year im really sad cuz i know i cant loose enough weight in 5 days but i just dont want to get laughed at cuz im so big and i was hoping that i would get a boyfriend this year cuz im going to be the only girl in the 9th grade without one so if anyone can help me loosee weight id appriciate it

Honey you probably wont be the only one to have a boyfriend. But if you want an exercise planheres one that might work but u have to follow it every day and not skip anything:
Monday: 50 crunches 25 sit ups 30 jumping jacks run in place for 3 minutes
Tuseday: 55 crunches 30 sit ups 30 jumping jacks runin place for 4 minutes
Wednesday: 60 crunches 35 sit ups 35 jumping jacks run around (not in place) for 15 minutes.
Thursday: 70 crunches 38 sit ups 40 jumping jacks run around for 20 minutes.
Friday: Same as thursday
Saturday:Same as wednesday
sunday: rest but do not eat over 2,000 calories
Monday: same as Thursday
monday trough friday you do the same and then saturday and sunday you do the same when this work out becomes easier increase everything. You should see real results in about 3- 6 weeks. good luck and i hope this works for you! I did this and lost 125 pounds it took me 1 year and a half. now get off the computer and get started.
