Ht. 5,6, Wt. 11.5st - hiya i'm 14 and weigh bout 11.5 stone. i know i have alot of muscle on me as i have been weight training for about a year.My mates dont say its shows and i dont look 11st 5 but i dont like it ^.^ i dont wanna be thin but i jst wanna lose a lil bit of weight and get ma ass into shape >=( hehe. so any ideas!! (no diet ideas as i dont eat sweets or choclate and havnt done since i was born)  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

well, as you weight train, most or all of your weight is muscle, as it weighs alot more than fat *1lb of fat is the size of a football/soccer ball, 1lb of muscle is the size of a tennis ball* wow!!! so i think the only way to lose weight would be to lose muscle, which would get replaced w/ fat, which you would then have to diet to get rid of. its kinda a lota truble, which could end up back firing on you. if it doesnt show, your lucky! jealous, cuz im the opposite-my muscle dont show! lol anyway, its up to you *hope i help a little*
