Ht. 5'3", Wt. 213 - In the past 2 days, I gained 3 pounds aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh, I overate and had a bunch of sweets cause yesterday was my lil sis's birthday. I even had a some cake and a little ice cream today too, I messed up :(. Anyways I want to weigh 205 by September 2nd, is that possible? I have been working out for 30 minutes 5x a week and cutting my cals down to 1200, and letting myself eat whatever I want on saturday and sunday, if that helps any :)

only treat urself 1 a week , or else ur body will store more fat and ull gain weight but 1nc a week is ok

Last year I lowered my calorie intake to 1200 and I managed to lose some. keep up the exercise. I don't think that you'll be able to lose that much that soon, just do it slowly. I know it's annoying, but it's the best way. :)
