Ht. 5, Wt. 6 - hey.. i'm back up to 180 again... and I don't know how.. I was doing so good. I got down to 140ish. Now my clothes don't fit and I am really depressed. I don't even know how to start a diet. I need you guys help.. PLEASE.. I start the day sayin I'm gonna start a diet, then I just eat and I can't stop eatin. I eat even when i'm not hungry.. I really don't know what to do. I can't even stay on a diet for a day.. Does and one have any advice or know what foods I can eat, or how I can start. .please I really need help.. <3 megan

thanx for the help.. and I don't drink soda any ways I gave it up for lent in january and never drank it again.. <33 megan

Sorry about that i had to go, but like i was sayin eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water helps, you burn fat faster, and 30 minutes, of pyical activity and here something if you want to try it don't eat anything after 5:30 I heard from someone on here, because when you do most of it gets stored as body fat and it would b harder to lose weight, but you can eat somedays after 5:30 if you want, and exerxise 2 hrs or more after eating, it burns off what u ate.

Ummmm...what are you eating and drinking? If you drink a lot of pop try giving it up. Make sure you get AT LEAST 30 minutes of exercise a day, even if it's just walking. HOw did you do it the first time?

I have some tips, for snacks that fill up and Are healthly, sugar free jello soooooo good and only has 10 cals per cup, fresh fruit, like water melon, apples and g2g i'll post more for you later bye
