deffinitely swimming. That is the only sport that doesnt hurt the joints and it burns the most calories and also you get alot of muscle. Trust me i no lol i swim 4 days a week . Its also a sport that you loose weight every part of your body

well id say bike riding is less impact on knees and great for calfs running is doing something bad for my knees so im gonna go to the doctor about it and i think jump rope would do just the same...

Running or jogging is bad for your knees if you do it all the time. It pounds down on your knee cap when you hot the ground. If you do it everyday, you could get bad knee pain in the future. But it is good for losing weight. I would ride your bike, or walk fast, which are much better for your knees, and have the same toll.

YES! running, (yes, i know, you dont want to run) or jump roping. this is an EXELLENT form of exercise, and easy on the knees if done properly. and its harder than you think! some even say its better than running. go to jump rope sites to see how to jump properly and easily.
