I've been eating well and working out for three weeks now, and I've gained 8 lbs. Is that just muscle weight or is what i'm doing actually causing me to gain weight?

many diets say you gain alot of weight and then you go to a dermatic drop. If you are drinking alot of water that adds about 5 pounds to you. Weigh yourself in the morning because all the water weight and food is not weighing you down.

one thing that might make it diffrent is if you dont weigh your self at the same time of day.it could alsobe that it is musele
