Guess what, I lost 5 pounds since last Monday! I'm so happy. I know it's not alot, but it's a start and enough to motivate you to keep going! Right now, I'm 5'5" and 140 pounds. I have 20 more pounds to go until I reach my goal weight. I'm *hoping* to lose it by the summer but it's not really enough time, so I might lose 10-15. What are everyone's stats and goals?

wow you're doing awsome! I'm 5 '3 and started at 145 but i'm down to 130 now! basically halfway there! keep it up!

I just started but I weigh 162 and I am 5'5'' and I hope to become healthy and fit. I want to at least weigh 140. I mean that is what I would be happy with. Later and Thanks for asking. Good luck, Not that you need it you are doing great. Keep it up!!!
