Hey guys. Well I told yall of loosing about 10 lbs before April 29th. I'd like to loose between 6-10 lbs. I think I have a fast metabolism because I can loose weight easily. I'm and trying to tackle my binge eating problem. Its not a big one but thats why I never loose weight. Because I binge. So I'm going to be super healthy and exercise for these 15ish days and see how I do. I Started monday through Friday eating 1,400 calories and exercising atleast an hour a day and I lost 4 lbs. I thought binging as a cycle. I binge and tell myself, "I'll do better tomorow blah blah." So now I thought if I break my cycle I can do it! And its true. So if any of you have that problem, just think of that. Good luck yall. The weather is getting so nice so go outside!

losing ten pounds in such a short amount of time isnt good. you should lose no more than 5 pounds in 2 weeks.
