hey everyone i have a question. what diet are u on? i want to lose weight really bad, but when i try to do it on my own, i always fail. i'm hoping that having some structure, i might get somewhere. so can you tell me what ur diet is and what it is thanks.

im not on a specific diet i just made it up myself, i eat a bowl of healthy cereal in the morning or a fruit smoothie, and a cup of green tea, for lunch something healthy like skinless roast chicken in a low carb wrap, and fruit for snack and then another cup of green tea, and healthy dinner like sushi or something, and i atleast drink 2L of water.
