sorry for this double post but I would like to know about weight watchers...is there a way that I can do it but not pay for it...lol I know impossible! I just keep telling my self that ill start tomorow ill start tomorrow....I already had some pizza might as well have some ice cream...but I want to stop this and do it right! Its so frustrating!!

yeah all you do is count the points. You get a little "point finder" so you can figure out the points. I think it is easier then calorie counting but that is just me. I really would reccomend weight watchers!

i read some weight watchers book that my mom had and correct me if im wrong people
but to me it just looked like they were calorie counting but it amount of calories counted as an amount of points and going to the weight watchers place gave you a book on fast food places and resturants saying how many points/calories are in each meal and then i think your personal check in person sets you up with an excersize plan so really its just like a 1200 calorie diet with some one to check up on you thats what i gathered from it. PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG i dont like giving out false info
