I wanted to say good night to all of you, and thank you all so much for your help. i'll be checking in now and then if i get upset, but i think i have enough motivation and diet info to get started on my own. i could NEVER have done it without you guys!!

you soo could have done it with out us.. but it is good to have support you cant just limit your self like that set goals higher but not unachievable!
