Hey, this is my first time on this website. I have been overweight for like my whole life. I am about to enter 9th next year and over the summer I want to lose at least 30 pounds. Im starting high school next year too and i want to lose as much weight over the summer as possible im 5'7", 196lbs

hey i'm starting highschool next year too!!! i would love to be in your support group and i also want to lose as much weight over the summer as possible bu ti dont know how...i might b going to a summer weight loss/fitness camp(hope so!)i'l email you with in th enext 3 or so days with my story =D

You could probably lose 30 from now (4/10/05) until school starts about the 1st day of sept. But, just the 3 summer months will not cut it! Just excersize by walking to school (if u can), add more activity in your lifestyle, eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and remember that if you lose 25 pounds to not beat yourself up b/c that would b gr8! Think of how good u will look at your goal weight whenever you want to eat something really bad 4 u like someone elses b day cake! Good luck! I hope this helps!
