Hey this is Shadoe checkin' in.....if anyone didnt know....if you drink one bottle/glass of water right before you eat, you eat less, and after you are done eating drink another bottle/glass and you wont be hungry afterward. Anytime you get hungry during the day, drink a glass/bottle of water or juice....i lost weight doing that.... later everyone!!

just be careful! Dont drink TOO MUCH! remember to actually eat as well!
