hey im 5'3 and was 162 a week ago now i am 165 for the last few weeks i havent worked out and have been eating a lot of junk food. my sn is irishblondie224 if u have any advice how i can lose weight without working out also what is water fat and how do u lose it????? Please help thank u

uuuhhh.... u just need 2 exercise alot b,c sitting around is laziness n eating junk food will get u nowhere... soo.... just like go 4 laps around ur track or sumtine or look @ some exercise tapes, and try to cut back on junk food

You shouldn't try to lose weight w/o exercise cause then u just lose muscle and not as much fat. If you want to lose weight don't eat a lot of junk food and keep working out. There is nothing called water fat, its water weight and that is just the amount of water in your body.
