Hey everyone, I am so happy I lost 7 lbs this week!!!!!!!!! I am so happy, I think I am going to dance!!! lol my mom says that I look thinner already! but i dont know what to do, my grandma is over @ my house and she says that i have to quit my diet because I pasted out and went to the hospital! i really want to keeep on going well g2g bye but really what should I do??? i really dont want to pass out again!

800 calories is like borderline anorexia! I'm sorry if that was rude, but don't hurt yourself like that!

you can eat at least 1200 cals a day and definitely lose weight. Infact, that's what you're supposed to do in order to be healthy and keep your metabolism up. And if you're active you should pump it up to 1500. keep exercising and getting enough sleep and you shouldn't pass out. Lots of water too!! I promise you'll still lose weight and be able to keep it offf. <3

What exactly ar eyou doing for your diet? Are you getting enough sleep? Did you pass out from exhaustion or I'm sorry to say this and I odn't want to offend you ar anything but do you stare yourself or throw up your food?
