hey everyone i weigh 200 and i am 5"6 and i wanna get down to 160 by around september octoberish? would it be possible and could you please give me some exercise and eating tips plz i would really appreciate it. thanx

Well, I'll give you some simple tips. Drink lots of water about 6 glasses a day. Exersize after breakfast, after you get home from school, and after dinner. Eat small healthy meals and make sure the calories total up to approx. 1,200-1,300 calories everyday.

that is a very possible goal!! just work hard!
eating tips: small portions...follow serving sizes...you know what is healthy and what isnt..um also if you normally eat a lot for breakfast just have a small bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit instead..same with lunch but make a sandwich with healthy fillings..and for dinner eat small portions of what ever is there dont limit your self on veggies though there GREAT and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LOTS OF FRUIT AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
for excersize find a cardio excersize that you love walking, running, swimming, jogging, biking, dancing ANYTHING and do that for a minimum of half an hour a day or an hour every other day what ever works for you also if you want to look toned do crunches either at night or in the morning or both. squats, pushups, jumpingjacks, leglifts and weight lifting do what ever you want and make it flexible so you can do it when you feel comfortable during the day but make sure you do it every day.. when you are just starting off you may get sore... so take ONE day off and get right back on track the next day because if you take more then one it might take you a while to get back on track it does for me well good LUCK!!!!
