Hi all. I ahven't post in a real long time....last summer maybe? anyway...I lost (267-256.5) 10.5 lbs. I am soooo proud of my self. I only have to lose 96.5 more lbs. and i will have reached my goal. Go me. (FYI I have been swimming an hour everyother day)

I think Its a very googd goal, but you have to work very hard to get ther kay?.try exercising one hour at least 3 days a week. And drink 8 glasses of water 2 in moraing, 2 at lunch,and 2 at night.

GOOD JOB ..you could try adding in crunches,pushups and squats the days you dont go swimming or everyday they tone you up soooooo good!!! well good luck!
