Im a workout and diet machiene...and I still feel to big. And its crazy but i dont even have a weight scale that WORKS in my house. I dont want my parents to know im dieting because its just embarrassing for me! I hate this.... If i try hard and only slip a few times how much weight do you think i could lose before June 13(this boy i really like is coming into town) But i am not doing this for him.....I want to look and feel god...and this isnt working. Oh yeah I am 5'1 and a 1/4 and I THINK around 145-160 pounds

oh my gosh...its a good thing to here that it isn't for a guy coming June 13th. (my 16th. birthday). Never do it for anyone else but yourself.

omg i kno what you mean about being embarassed!! I never told my parents or anyone for that matter about dieting for a long time. But anyway, its all good. You will definitely be able to lose weight from now until june, just make sure you're burning more calories than you take it. do all that healthy stuff and you can track your basic weight lose by how your clothes fit. That why you won't get discouraged by small fluctuations on the scale : D
