make sure that junk food is NOT available to you if some one is giving you junk food just say look i dont feel good today so keep it or just dont bring any money to buy it and you will see great results!!!

If you really want to do it, more than anything. Then the determination will be there, and the fact that you can loose/are loosing weight will be more of a pleasure, than any junk food or anything can bring. But loosing weight is hard and you should NOT starve yourself. Just cut down on fatty foods like junk and eat more lean protiens and wholegrains so you are not tempted 2 snack on junk and eat ONE treat a day instead of them being the basis of your regular diet. Try taking a packed lunch to school something like; a wholemeal roll stuffed with salad and 1 slice of ham, an apple and a cereal bar. Theres loads to eat and it should only add up to around 350 kcals (the same as a large chocolate bar or portion of fries), also bring a bottle of water and if u feel like you are going to start snacking have a peice of sugar-free gum. Remember Loosing weight is 10% what you eat, 10% how active you areand 80% your mind. Good luck. Hope I helped. Tasha
