well im back on ma diet now!! lol does this sound ok:- 3 slices of smoked bacon, with tomatoes (157cals) glass of water (0) 2 slices of wholemeal bread with tuna mayo in it (288) packet of low fat crips (92) orange juice (82) peas,carrots, green beans, brussels (130) 1 medium potato (109) 2 chicken breasts (roasted) (412) cadbury animal biscuits (118) glass of water (0) that = to me 1388 so i think i did ok i have also burnt 500 cals off on my ski machine and done 50 sit ups and weight lifted also

cadburys is the best!!! america doesnt have that when i moved i was like ew hersheys... well that sounds pretty good just remember just being a live one day burns 1,000 calories so that is why you need to eat in the first place ...and since you already burned five hundred and if you keep that up then you will lose 1-4 pounds by the end of the week depending on how fast your metabolism is good luck!!

WOW! you did great. I suggest only drinking water and milk tho, because orange juice and other fruit juices and of course- SODA have lots of sugar in them. You did a very good job. keep up the great work!! good luck! ^_^
