ok, so i was out of town for 4 days and it was impossible not to drink soda, so i am just going to limit myself on that from now on, cuz sometimes there just isnt anything else, not even water cuz regular water is nasty. so im just gonna do my best to do 50 crunches a day and keep eating healthy and try not to drink soda. right now everyone keeps telling me that im not fat, except my family. so im just gonna do what i can, and not worry my head off about it. im not really that unhappy with myself, i just need to learn to control myself cuz of my thyroid problem (which makes everything hard, really) so, im not giving up, im just not being as hard on myself. well i gotta go unpack from my trip (which was a blast praise the Lord!!!)(yes i am a christian, if you have a problem with it, please just talk to me) :) mmk, tootles

I agree-water is sooo nasty, in my opinion, it tastes like whatever i last ate, and not in a good way. But during Lent i didnt drink soda, only water and juice, and I found that cold water tastes a lot worse then water that is slightly warmer. I know its better to drink cold water, cuz you burn more cals warming up the water, but if youre like me, then try tap water that is not as cold as it can get. good luck!

it sounds to me like your trying to get in better shape and choose healthier choices when you go to eat but not i diet is that right???
well instead of only doing fifty crunches aday try doing some cardio to see those crunches pay off and to help with healthier eating take small bites and chew them slow, this makes you realize when your not hungry the only hard part is to stop after you arent hungry any more so i hope this helped... and DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!
