make adjustments to your diet like what are you eating now i use to eat cereal for breakfast but now i make smoothie instead it has one nonfat yogurt a banana milk and a few ice cubes i just put it in the blender and its done and tastes good for lunch i use to eat whatever was there but now i make a sandwhich *that has some nutritional value in it * today i had peanut butter and jelly which isnt the best but its better then hamburgers and french fries dont you think??? just make changes every day things always need improvement like my complete diet didnt have enough protein in it starting tomorrow im gonna put protein powder im my drink ... well i hope that helps
also become active but take it slow start by walking and then find a cardio activity that you like such as swimming jogging running walking dancing anything that gets you moving and your heart rate up!!! and do crunches every night so once you have lost all the weight you can see nice ABS!! mine are starting to show im so excited!!! i have lost a total of sixty pounds but i gained some back after i got depressed now im getting back on track i know if i can do it you can do it so WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?????????? well good luck!1
