breakfast: apple cinnamon waffle with a little butter
lunch: 6 inch veggie sub, grapes
snack: 3/8 slices of an apple
dinner: toasted cheese sandwich, meatless spaghetti
dessert: cheese & crackers, and 5 triscits
I also had like 6 tic-tacs today..
How'd I do?
