how much weight do you think i could lose in around 4 months by doing this - eating healthil - 5 veg/fruit per day and 2litres of water - 40min cardio per day 10 min crunches 10 mins strength training 50 reps of 0.5kg 25 reps of 1.5kg and 7 reps of 3.0kg? if oyu could reply that would be great because this is what i have started doing again since monday and i just wanted and estimate thanx

Between 20 and 50 pounds, it really depends on how dedicated you are and how much weight you need to lose, good luck!
