ok, so for the last few days iive been drinking as much water as i can hold. Its a pain in the butt, cuz i have to go to the bathroom all the time, and i dont know if it will make any difference, but i guess ill see. Besides that, ive eaten smaller portions, but other than that, i really havent been good about cutting out unhealthy stuff. I still eat healthy meals, but its the inbetween that gets me! I never do junk food, the gease on it just grosses me out... my one vice it chocolate, in any form! it kills me, ice cream, crepe, whatever. I dunno what to do. Ok, and i have a question about running, or jogging actually. I really have never done it, like, i don tlike doing it. But i decided it was one of the best things i can do, especially now cuz the weather is so nice. I went twice with my friends running group and did 7k each time, and was dead at the end. I was thinking of doign it on my own, everday, for maybe half an hour? It took me 1 hour to do 7k, so i think thats enough to start. Id love your input!

same eya i aint bothered about pizza or chips ect. its chocolate it my life lol! kp 2 ur healthy eating but leave a spare 100cals each day 4 a small choccie bar as a treat if u r xtremely healthy 4 da rest of da day ders no reson u cnt hav a small treat-plus if u deny urself u'll crave it n den av a mad binge. but eat da chocolate as a morning snack den ur body as all day 2 burn it off. As 4 ur luv of icecream freeze sum low fat toffee/vanilla yogs and munch on dem der a delicious substitute. But 4 da rest of ur sweet cravings eat fruit. As 4 ur jogging run 45 mins 3X a week or 30 mins 5X a week- dat is a enough cardio so u'll burn da weight faster. gd luk!
