a cup pf plain oatmeal cuz if htere ssugar in it youll ruin it , but its high in fiber and fresh fruit

It depends on what kind of diet you want to be on. Egg whites are better than the whole egg, oatmeal, bran cereal w/ skim milk, just make some wise choices.

For a snack you can eat somethin like jello or they have the new snack foods that are low calorie...i eat them sometimes...i also eat 94% fat free popcorn...it taste the same. Stuff for super....um chicken....my mom is on weight watchers and all we eat really is chicken so i gess chicken is a good weight loss food. Hope this helps!

No! thats not enough. If your on a diet, eat like an Egg, A piece of toast, and some kind of fruit. Eating just one apple, will tell your body your starving, making its matabolism go slower.

i think yea.. or just hardboil the egg and only eat the white part....im not exactly sure. i just heard it was really good for you!

no, more than an apple. try maybe egg whites or wheat toast.. or just plain cereal or oatmeal. anything to just get your matabolism going.
