I have decided to lose the weight no more saying I will start tomorrow...I am going to do 200 sit ups, 100 push ups, running and on ocasion a workout video and of course eating healthy...will I lose the weight and if so how long will it take me to lose about 20 pounds?

do crunches instead of situps. and you dont need to do more than 3-4 sets of 10-12 everyother day for nice abs

i have the same goal as you to lose 20 pounds heres what i am currently doing for excersize running every day because of track practice and in the summer im gonna run to ( i didnt run today because theres a really big storm) and then i do 100 crunches but im gonna raise it to 200 and i am currently doing 24 pushups but im gonna raise it right now im not on a diet because i really cant find one that im good at and i had a really bad day eating today but tomorrow is another day just aslong as i lose those twenty pounds before school comes back next year if you want to be my diet buddie email me at lilbritchick@hotmail.com and tell me what kind of diet your doing so maybe i can find something i can stick to...

A healty weight loss is about 2-3 lbs a week so tops you should be able to lose about 24lbs in 2 months!The exercise you are doing is great!! but make sure not to over work yourrself!
