Hi everyone! WOw, I haven't been to this site for a long time! Everyone thanks for all these tips that i have been reading. It really helps I lost 10 pounds from listening to all of you guys advice. Maralyn please calm down, I saw all of your posting and most of it is arguement. Plus: please dont post rude comments, this site is suppose to be loosing weight not a dis site! Thank you. THANKS YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR HELPING ME LOOSE 10 POUNDS.
