I weigh 450 pounds and I am only 15 years old! I am only 5'5 tall. My doc says that if i don't start losing weight fast, I could possibly have stroke or heart attack within the next 5 or 6 years! I don't know what to do! I can barely move and i eat waaaaaaaaaay too much. I just need some help!

hey- u r lettin' food control ur life-!! try drinking a bottle of water before everything that u eat so when u eat u will be full and won't eat as much- get some 1 or 2lb hand weights and when u r watching tv just workout!! step by step it takes awhile !! be patient and good luck

Okay try in the morning goin for a walk, set youself a goal for walking like half a mile or sumfing and then every day/week you can do more or jog if you like.
Then with eating when you go to have a snack have fruit or veggies and when you goto have main meals ask your parents to make your portion smaller. I hope this helps. Good Luck!!!

you have to try hard. it isnt easy. eat more fiber, less carbs, more protein

start simple. eat just a liiiitle bit less each day, and maybe take a few extra steps here and there. it will add up!! good luck!!
