hey..i read this thing, you all probably all know it, but like..if you have a reduction of 500 cals a day (either eating 500 cals less than required for you body size, or burning 500 cals more) then youwill burn 1 pound a week!

ok well u need to put in ur body at least 1300 calories a day anyless and if u eat less that will slow down ur system that burns fat and then u will burn less calories

Yes, because 3500 calories equals 1 pound, and 500 X 7 days a week = 3500 calories, so you would lose 1 pound double that and you will lose 2 pounds.

so if you burn 500 calories and eat 500 calories less would you lose2 pounds a week?
