does anyone know of any juice diets (with juice that actually tastes good!)? im getting a little desperate, prom is 4 weeks away and i havent lost anything with eating mostly health, doing crunches, my excersize ball, walking part way to and from school, and walking my dogs 20 minits everyday. i dont know what else to do. thanx in advance.

Don't do any diet like that, you will probably end up gaining weight and be like 2 or 3 pounds heavier by prom. To loose a little weight like 5 pounds, you can eat healthy foods, try no junk food if you are really commited. And jog or run for 30 min a day and do weight lifting to gain muscles! GooD LuCk!

weight does NOT come off fast just continue doing your excersize and eating healthy because after prom you will start eating normal again (after the juice diet) and put all the weight back on and then some you really dont want that to happen...

remember, juice diets dont keep the weight off, and you should only do it for a max of 5 days, so doing it now is sorta pointless. Just keep working!
