hey you guys do you know good excersize that targets your butt muscles and inner and outter thighs ...if so PLEASE REPLY id really appreciate it and to the person that posted below me CRUNCHES ARE ABOUT THE ONLY WAY TO TARGET THE TUMMY ALSO DO OBLIQUE CRUNCHES THEY ARE GREAT!!!

Maybe walking and if you have a membership anywhere the elyptical machine! Also swats work.

I think that walking or running up stairs is really good for you butt and calfs.
