Reply from Kaitlyn, Age 15 - 03/19/05 - IP#: 216.74.217.xxx It compares you to people your age and such. I don't personally think that it is a very good predictor of anything, if you are healthy and eat healthy and excersize and you are still a little overweight, I don't that should hurt anything.
