to all of the guys in this site, if you want to lose 10 pounds or up, you should probubly go and do some weight lifting! also eat about 1500 calories a day (always eat more than a girl) and crunches are the best for the stomache, and go jogging or bike riding! that is the easiest way to lose 10 pounds and up for a guy!

that works for girls too! because the more pounds of muscles you have the more calories your body burns ever day even if you dont excersize so BUILD THOSE MUSCLES NOT MATTER WHAT SEX YOU ARE!!! but eat protein so you can actually build some.. and for those girls that think they are gonna get huge arms if they work out that only happens if you do steroids because girls arent made to build huge muscles just tone and strength i hope this helps and marylin ask stuff if you arent sure of the answer because for one thing it was very sexist to say that was just for guys just ask if you have only just heard the new piece of info but share the info no matter what just say im not sure if this is for both guys and girls because i understand that you thought guys would be different but thats only with certain things i hope this helped...
