Hello everyone. I am 5 foot 6 inches. I weigh 221. Because of health problems, for the last 5 years I have been on steroids. I have gained over 100 pounds from them. I drink diet pop and sugar free juices. I eat all sugar free stuff and I even eat weight watchers bread. No matter what I do I can't seem to lose weight. Exercise is hard because of my lung problems. Does anyone have any tips? I would love to hear them very much. Thanks!

im sure that if you just start out slow and as the weight comes off it will be easier to breath with or without the bad lung i suggest ridding a stationary bike for ten to fifteen minutes aday to start off but stop if you cant breath right and are you able to swim with your condition if so do a couple laps in the pool. i would suggest push ups but still im not sure on your condition but do crunches do about ten a night and raise it ten every three days also add fruits and veggies to your diet, drink more water less juice even if it is sugar free and dont drink too much diet soda because that has a lot of sodium in it and it makes your body retain water because that amount of salt will make you dehydrate ALOT FASTER i hope this helped if you have anymore questions email me at lilbritchick@hotmail.com

I used to have the same problem, I have ashma is that what you have? Anyways I think that you should just keep on trying and you will seem to lose weight fine, or why dont u go c a nutritionist? THey give out a lot of great tips and I am glad to help, but if you cant see a nutritionist, then try to excersise and as it get easier, add like 15 minutes to your excersise time! you can do it dont give up! and ur probubly gaining muscle! good luck!
